Relocation to Jeddah

I have been offered a job in Jeddah with a leading retail company. Do you think SAR 20k p.m with Company accommodation, medical coverage and annual leave tickets is a good offer for some one with Protected content experience in the HR industry.

What is the monthly average living expenses in Jeddah a family of four (spouse plus two kids aged 15 and 12).
I have spent 14 years in UAE and have heard KSA is not as expensive as UAE.
