Shabatly village, "golf cart" and utl. costs? (Jeddah)

Hey,
Any idea where I can buy inexpensive or used electric golf cart with shade?
I don't suppose any come with airconditioning do they?

How big exactly is Shabatly and can one walk to ammenities or not?

Re: Shabatley, how much are utilities generally for the single expat small homes? I am not sure if it is paid for by my company or not. conflicting info on that one. Also, what is the power and electric plugs like there at Shabatly? On line the country lists 2 or 3 possible Voltage and pin types...
