Villa in resort (Jeddah)

My sponsor let me down tremendously in assistance of seeking a villa.
As they promised last year and they seem to break promises as a habit as is the experience of colleagues too.
Renting an apartment at this moment with my family the situation and the desired settlement in Jeddah is really in jeopardize.
We are looking for a Protected content furnished villa in one of the resorts at the North Obhur for at least Protected content of rent. Suitable for our pets and not priced 'over the top' as normally some are taking advance of situations of expats.
is there a good tip, the Golden Hint or something? Or are fellow-expats aware of opportunities in this?
