welcoming new expat (Jeddah)

hello to all
a new expat is arriving this week from states n she wanted to attend the event on wednesday but due to timing she wont b able to
the same prob for me
so i suggested to go out on the weekend for coffee or lunch
i pefer corniche /delifrance , costa, starbucks etc.. /for coffee thursday evening
hilton hotel for lunch a la carte friday

waiting ur reply n im open for any other suggestions
