finding condos/complexes with gym - unusual ? (Johannesburg)

Dear All,
at the beginning of Protected content husband and I will be moving to Johannesburg, or rather to the area of Sandton. We would be happy to find an apartment (or maybe a Townhouse) in a building or complex with a decent gym (doesn't need to be a 'professional gym'). So far I've found only one complex (The Emperor) that comes with a gym (though it seems to be privately owned.

However, my question is: is it actually rather unusual for gated communities or apartment complexes to have a gym onsite? Or is it feasible for our relocation consultant to find enough offers if we put this on our wish list for the house hunting trip?
