Our client a leading E-Commerce / online casino company is looking for a young dynamic Italian Speaking Customer Service Consultant to join their team. Must have Call Centre experience and be prepared to work shifts.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Matric
• 2 years Call Centre experience
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor online clients accounts
• Chat and email contact to all online users
• Client account updates on internal system
• Regular check on client accounts on internal system
• Perform various internet based checks on online users
