I leading the International Mobility Team at Sasol. We are coordinating all expatriation processes worldwide.

Jop purpose (short): Responsible for the implementation of the Mobility policies, processes and practices through the day-to-day delivery of employee mobility services across the Sasol Group. This includes the co-ordination of all requirements necessary for the expatriation, localisation and repatriation of long-term secondees, ROTAs, Young Engineers in Training, Short Term Assignees, extended business travelers and intra-country relocations, the consultation with affected parties, preparation for the assignment, and management of all logistics, HR administration and employee records for the duration of the assignment.
I am looking for a person with at least 3 years HR experience (preferably in a corporate environment). Excellent verbal and written English skills. Bonus for: - Experience with mobilising people internationally - Lived/worked in more than one country
