Looking for Americans for Television Program (Johannesburg)

I am working on a project for a well known television network that is looking to put together a television series about expats (*preferably American -- the show will be airing on American television) living in South Africa doing "interesting" (i.e. TV worthy) things and living off the cuff (preferably not in the city).

Examples (not restricted to this list) would be musicians, artists, missionaries, conservationists, filmmakers, photographers, doctors, nurses etc.
