Job description
A European-based ERP solutions vendor seeks a resourceful and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of sales and office coordinator at its South African operation. The position will require a thoroughly hands-on approach within multiple areas that are essential to the company's short and long-term operation. For the correct individual, this is a position which offers tremendous potential upside. This junior-level position is not suitable for candidates with extensive industry experience.

Duties include:
• Work with CRM system to manage prospects, customer activities and email campaigns
• Carrying out market research and competitor analysis
• Reporting any facilities issues to the director
• Organise meetings for team members including sending meeting requests
• Answering the department telephone, dealing with enquiries/directing calls accordingly
• Ensuring the office is presentable at all times

• General knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Competency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
• Driver's licence
• Fluent written/spoken English

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience working with a CRM system,
• Experience working with an ERP system
