Tax Refund for Export ? (Johannesburg)

Hi all,

I will buy a new Motorbike from a dealer, drive it here for app. Protected content .
End of the year I will take the bike back to Germany.
Now my questions:
1) Can I get a tax refund from SA or is there a timelimit (e.g. max 3 month after invoicing)?
2) Which Departement can give me propper information?

If somebody has expirience ( maybe is for cars similar?),
will be great if she/he can share her/his knowledge with me/us.
