Traffic Fine Help!! (Johannesburg)

Hi, can anyone help me as I am ready to tear my hair out....!!

I have been informed by Avis (who I rent my car from) that I have a traffic fine. I was caught speeding in Harrismith (the Free State) and I owe the grand sum of R100. I actually want to pay this but cannot find any possible route to paying it. I have tried the following:

1. Through my bank - they allow me to pay fines but not to the Free State
2. Through Protected content and Protected content and another option, but without a SA ID I cannot pay it.
3. Asking a SA colleague to pay it through one of these websites - not possible as the fine is not associated with their SA ID.
4. Through a metro centre here in Jo'burg - they will not accept payments for other provinces.

Anyone else had this problem and know a way to pay it? Six hours of my life spent trying to pay R100 is not fun, but if I leave it, every time Avis pass on chasers, they will charge me R220 for the pleasure.
