travelling around last week of December (Johannesburg)

Hi there, I am planning to stay in SA for Christmas. Therefore, was thinking to arrange a travel around. I was thinking about going to CT and rent a house somewhere at the beach as well as visit local winaries. Also, can be flexible about the direction :-) be it Mozambique or Madagascar.
