YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION and WHAT CAN/CANT I TAKE (Johannesburg)

HI GUYS, 2 QUSTIONS FOR THOSE WHO KNOW OR CAME ACROSS THE SAME SITUATION:

1. I am seeing a lot of different information about vaccinations for entering SA in THE INTERNET. Can anyone give me a website which I can trust, where I can read about for example - do you need to have a yellow fever vaccination certificate when going to SA?

2. Is there some website that gives exact list of what I cant take to SA? I am gonna fly soon and I am very interested in the following: CAN I TAKE MEDICINE WITH ME? ARE THERE ANY RULES/RESTRICTIONS?
CAN I TAKE FOOD WITH ME? :) IF YES - WHAT CAN I TAKE?
CAN I TAKE COSMETICS WITH ME?
