Bringing my small dog (Kabul)

Hi I'm relocating to Kabul early next year. I will bring my little dog with me ( I know many people do not recommend). Can anyone who has done this, or who has adopted a pet in Kabul give me any advice on the transportation, housing, etc? Thank you.
