Business Visa application (Kabul)

Hi all,
Currently i am living in the UK. I have friends and a possible job on offer if i can get myself out to Kabul.
I have viewed the Visa application process online.
My questions are; what can i put down for an address in Kabul as i currently do not have one, and how do i obtain a letter from the MOI ?
The job on offer is Risk mitigation but the company require me to already be in situ. Obviously me having a multi entry visa will save the company the hassle of getting this for me, i will be freelance.
Reasonably priced accommodation will be needed
as well, just a basic room with internet, not fussed about being in a compound such as green village.
