Cooling off for Summer (Kabul)

I am just about to spend my first summer in Kabul. I know a lot of people leave during the summer, but my husband and I are hoping to stick it out.

Anyone know of any swimming pools for expats (preferably for men and women)? I honestly don't care if I need to swim in a burka, I just want a way to cool off this summer.

Anyone know of any good restaurants with air conditioning?
