Men's suits? (Kampala)

Has anyone found a quality, reasonably priced tailor in Kampala? Or a shop with a some help that knows what they are doing? I'm looking to get a couple of suits before I head back to my country and although I have been to a few shops, I don't know suits well enough to say where is good. Thanks in advance!
