Need Some Information Please (Kampala)

Hello to Everyone, i am From Cote d'Ivoire and I live in India, i will be coming in Uganda soon to Visit, and i Need your help to have some Answers to the Following questions:

1- is the Uganda Tourist Visa still given at the Airport?
2- can the Uganda Tourist visa be extended?
3- after obtaining the Uganda Tourist Visa, will it be possible to get a Student visa to study in Uganda or convert the Tourist Visa into a Student Visa?
4- can a Uganda Tourist Visa holder apply for any type of visa of another country (India)?
5- can the Uganda Tourist Visa Holder, work or do business or Study?
