Tender for Leadership and Teacher Training Curriculum Writers/Trainers
With the purpose of upskilling teachers, a well-established company in Africa invites highly experienced teachers to write a series of 45-hour module, which will also be scaled down to 30-, Protected content 3- hours sessions on a number of important topics.
Current topics to be written include, but are not limited to: school leadership programs, research-based literacy, numeracy, science, special education, humanities and the arts, as well as some generic modules on effective teaching including effective practices in assessment and evaluation, classroom management, instruction and/reporting.
Proposals for relevant and meaningful topics will be considered as well.
Individuals who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
-highly experienced and successful teacher/curriculum developer confirmed by references
-ability to delivery, on time, detailed and professional products
-talented a writing creative and engaging outcome- and competency-based lessons
-adapt at incorporating varied and effective learning activities, ICT-instruction, differentiated learning and able to develop appropriate assessment and evaluation mechanisms
How to Apply?
If you meet the criteria, please send a letter of application (including your Skype address), a recent c.v., with the names, titles and contact information of two Protected content and a sample 1 hour lesson on any topic to Protected content on or before June 3, Protected content .
Successful applicants will participate in a short Skype or telephone interview, will be issued a training template and a contact detailing the expectations, remuneration and deadline of when the project must be submitted.
