Three days of yoga in peace and seclusion at the lush Kingfisher Safaris Resort at the shores of lake Victoria near the Source of the Nile.

This retreat offers the opportunity to start a Yoga practice or deepen an on-going practice. Sessions will include slow flow hatha yoga, power vinyasa yoga, and yin yoga. Special focus will be placed on the introduction and practice of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction techniques that you will, after the retreat, be able to integrate into your daily lives.

In 2 workshop sessions we discuss the philosophy of yoga and the possibilities for yoga off the mat. In a separate workshop, we also look at various modifications to make poses more accessible or more challenging and thus empowering you to join (and benefit from) any level of yoga class.
