Shopping in Karachi

Hello,
I'm moving to Karachi in August and trying to decide what needs to go in my shipment from US. I would prefer to buy what I need locally though, if possible. Are the following easily available in Karachi?
Coffee grinder, blender, good quality coffee, nice bed sheets and towels, picture frames
How about fruit and vegetables?
