Sport, Gym. Gym Gear in Karachi...

Ok peeps, anyone have any information on these?

Anyone ,preferrably you ladies, interested in doing regular sport or working out in Karachi?
Anyone know of anywhere to do this in Karachi? And does anyone currently have any gym or sport memberships they can tell us about in this city?
Im withering away and need to get back to some serious training and get into some badminton, volley ball, indoor rock climbing or try some new sportsand where to shop for decent gym gear, I left all mine in London.
Any ideas and info from men or women welcome. Might be a better way to meet up rather than always sitting for coffee and cake lol...Thanks peeps:-)
