cost of living (Kathmandu)

Hi everyone,
myself and my husband run an NGO that is currently working in India. We are hoping to begin working in Nepal next year and are currently trying to figure out how much it would cost us to live in Nepal. We have three children as well as us. Is anyone living in Pokhara or everyone is in Kathmandu? We are looking at both of these cities at the moment.
