FAM Trip Invitation to Internation members !!! (Kathmandu)

First of all HAPPY NEW YEAR Protected content ALL INTERNATIONS MEMBERS !!!!

This is an open invitation to all internation members from Hotel Heritage, Bhaktapur as a part of periodical FAM trip to our Hotel. This FAM trip is being organized to promote Bhaktapur and Hotel Heritage so as to introduce this new Heritage Boutique Hotel among Local Expats living in Nepal.

Programme: Dinner + (accomodation)
Date: 4th Jan, Protected content
Time: 5 pm onwards
Invitees: Only Local Expats
Dress code: Casual

Contribution
Dinner: Free of Cost
Accomodation: Rs. Protected content per person on twin sharing basis.
Beverages: Chargeable as per consumption

(Guest can also participate in dinner programme only as well)

Terms and Condition:

• Only Local Expats can participate in this FAM Trip.
• Telephone booking shall not be entertained. All the bookings should be done via email ( Protected content ) with complete details as under:
FULL NAME, ORGANIZATION, DESIGNATION,CONTACT NUMBER. Confirmation shall be sent via email.
• Booking resgistration will be closed on 2nd Jan, Protected content 2 pm.
• Maximum 2 participants from each organization will be confirmed on first come first basis.
• The maximum total number of participants will be limited to 25 person only and shall be confirmed on first come first basis.
• This is completely promotional event organized by Hotel Heritage to promote Bhaktapur among Local Expats.
• Hotel Heritage reserve the rights to validate the bookings.
