FREE Women's Self Defense & Empowerment Class (Kathmandu)

Hi all!

If anyone is interested, I'm giving a demo / class on my award-winning women's self defense methods on Saturday, Dec. 13 from Protected content 30 PM (PROMPTLY) at CORE FITNESS studio located in the International Club Bldg in Sanepa.

You can learn more about my background on my profile (Melissa Soalt) . This demo/ presentaion is specifically about WOMEN'S safety and self protection / empowerment but a few good men in attendance would be cool!

My goal is to bring my methods to NEPAL on a long term basis with seminars for businesses and orgs. and to collaborate with other professionals.
