IJVs; Private sector wisdom; Accessing Information (Kathmandu)

Hi,

I am looking for people who might be able to share information, experience, wisdom related to any of the following:

- forming an International Joint Venture (IJV) with a Nepali company
- forming an International Joint Venture (IJV) with a Nepali individual
- Public Private Partnerships in Nepal
- accessing publicly available and reliable information on any of these subjects
- suggestions for learning more about these subjects

I recently spent a year living in Nepal (Lalitpur); I am currently not in Nepal, but that may soon change. In the meantime, if I can share information that enhances someone else's stay in Nepal, I'd be delighted to.
