Pokhara InterNations peeps and local yoga (Kathmandu)

I'm living in Pokhara and have been wondering if there are any InterNations people living here as well?

Also, I've been looking around for a place to do yoga in the area and although I know there are quite a few places here, I've been disappointed with the two that I've been to--Om's Family and another whose name I can't recall. Anyway, I've had some training myself and have been doing a home practice, but it's always encouraging to practice with others. I am now wondering if there's a place out here with more of an emphasis on asanas than pranayama or soft meditation. Any suggestions?
