Visiting Nepal (Kathmandu)

My friend and I are thinking of visiting Nepal for about week or ten days in late Jan or Feb. So far we are thinking of going to one out of the following:

Can anyone advise if they are any good and also is this time of the year ok weather wise?

Any other suggestions and advice will be greatly appreciated.
