Where to learn Nepali? (Kathmandu)

Hi all!!

Can you give me any hints where I can learn Nepali / is there any courses for Expats to take or is there someone who would be interested in teaching /or teaches Nepali ?

I don't have access to the courses thru work so I'm looking for a way to learn since self-learning is slightly frustrating and not so effective.

All the tips are appreciated!
