Would you recommend Bhaktipur or Dhulikhel? (Kathmandu)

Hi all - Will be moving to Nepal soon, either Bhaktipur or Dhulikhel with my young children. Can anyone recommend primary schools in either place? And any thoughts on living in one vs. the other? Thanks very much.
