Any good Gym around? (Khartoum)

Hey all,

I have just moved in Khartoum a couple of weeks ago and my job is mainly about meetings and mails so not much physical exercise id done. So I was wondering if anyone knows any good Gym around preferably in the Riad district or near it. And since we are on the physical exercise subject if anyone knows a good clean pool to swim in around would be great :)
