Gym (Khartoum)

Hi Everyone! I am just tired of browsing Google for a good Gym in Khartoum.
I am not willing to pay USD 1.700/annual fee plus Tax to become a member of the Rotana Spa. The other few places I have visited are old equipped and poorly maintained. This includes the Gym of the German Club.
Any tips will be highly appreciated.
