Having a baby in Khartoum..

Hi members;
I lived Khartoum for 1,5 months then turned back to İstanbul, to my city. Because I got pregnant. But my husband is still in Khartoum. I am planning to go back to Sudan, with my baby. But I am a bit anxious.. Is there anybody living in Khartoum with baby. Do you think it is healty for a baby? Do you advice me stay in istanbul or you could say it is quite safe living there with a baby..
