internet access needed, teleconference September (Khartoum)

Hi, can anybody recommend an option for strong reliable internet access Saturday nights from 9pm-2am, I have a teleconference in the US with multiple people and I need a solid connection beyond the USB stick. I guess as of now my option is to go to the Rotana and rent a room for a night, so if anybody has an option that would be less expensive that that, Im looking for space as follows:

Saturday 6 September 9pm-2am
Saturday 13 September 9pm-2am
Saturday 20 September 9pm-2am
