Trekking from Cairo to Somaliland for charity (Khartoum)

Hello all,

I am currently walking from Cairo to Somaliland for Edna Adan's maternity hospital in Somaliland, and have so far walked just short of 900km from Cairo to Aswan. My journey will continue through Sudan, taking the road via Dongola to Khartoum and onwards to Ethiopia. I am livving out of my tent and pulling a cart holding my belongings. If there is anyone that would be able to help me out in anyway shape or form, whether it be a bed for the night or just a friendly face to say hello, it would be greatly appreciated and you would be giving a great helping hand to a very worthy cause.
