Where to find a helper (Khartoum)

Dear community,

Anyone any recommandation how or where to find a helper? We just arrived in town and are looking for a fulltime helper Sunday to Thursday. It has to be someone experienced with foreigners, fluent in English and decent cleaning skills. We tried mouth to mouth but were not successful yet. Are there any agencies? Or do you have a helper you could ask if they have a friend? Please PM me :). Thanks!
