Alpha Bank Kiev have lost our money (Kyiv)

Hello:
Would any one know if Alpha Bank have a head office in Kiev, where I can go and personally complain. They seem to have lost our money, and the local branch, who are useless have had us call the hotline for 2 weeks! The hotline is a waste of time with no real answers answers.
