I was in Kiev for a month, and will be staying there most of Protected content time to time. Recently my ATM card was scammed, through one of the ATM machines. Any tips or banks you recommend, to avoid future inconveniences.
Any tips, from an expatriates living in Ukraine, will be highly recommended.
