Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for day to day people management of a team of 15 members towards successful
professional services and support delivery.
-Accountable for skills assessments, gaps analysis, skills development and resourcing
alignment with sales and presales team.
- Responsible for team motivations and maintaining winning spirit within the technical team.
- Responsible for projects lifecycle execution; covering efforts estimation, resource management, requirements management, risk management, scope management, customer
management and solutions architecture.
-Supports presales team through analysis of RFPs, technical solutions, proposals and solutions
-Responsible for customer satisfaction, project execution leadership, milestone management,
quality assurance, and successful projects’ closure.
-Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related area of study.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
3-6 years of HP Software BTO projects delivery experience.
-Must have work experience architecting and executing Enterprise Scale BTO projects.
Must have the ability to manage multicultural team members.
-Results oriented, winner attitude, excellent problem solving and issues handling skills is a
Experience/knowledge of the following Products/Technologies:
-HP BTO Operations and Service Management functional areas.
-Networking. Protected content .
