Cell Phones (Kyiv)

Hello,

I am looking for some advice on cell phones in Ukraine. I am moving to Kiev at the end of the month and have been researching the options and so far can not find much information about purchasing handsets. Although, I have found a ton of info about sims.

So, what is the availability of the latest handsets (Android 4, iPhone, etc..)? How much do they cost? Would it be better to buy here (unlocked of course) in the States and bring the phone with me?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
