can anyone give me the low down on driving in kiev?
im thinking about buying a small 2nd hand car when i get there....
what sort of price am I looking at for a little run around car?
Are the driving laws strict ie no drinking and driving?(no I am not planning to get drunk and drive home, just curious)
is parking easy to find around the city?
do satnavs work accurately in kiev?
Can i drive on a british licence or do i have to get an international drivers licence?
hmmmm....anything else that may be good to know?
