Help! how to obtain an extended visa (180 days ) (Kyiv)

Hi all,
Can anyone suggest the best way to get a permit for extended stay of 6 months in Kiev.(Instead of the usual 90 out of Protected content
A reference to a local lawyer who specializes in such matters would be highly appreciated as well..

I was told that the visa rules has changed again in Protected content that one is entitled to extended stay of Protected content only due to sickness or if married to a local.

There must be a way..
