Ukrainian Passports (Kyiv)

I have been told that I may make one post here on this subject, and I do so in the sincere hope that someone will be able to give me a little advice.

I have a fiancé who is Ukraine born, and lives in Krivoy Rog. We have known each other for over four years, and have been together a number of times. No agencies have ever been involved.

I mention all this to demonstrate that my query is genuine.

It was hoped that we would both move to, and live in Kiev, but the current problems are preventing this. We therefore hoped to get her here to the UK for a while. Unfortunately, she has lost her international passport. I know she had one because we have been to different countries together.

She seems to think that it is impossible to get a new passport now, and if she could it would take months and cost a fortune.

Please, can any one kindly give us advice?? It would make us both so happy to get her a new International passport.
