What needs to be done to work in the Ukraine (Kyiv)

Hi Everybody,

currently I am working for my company in Moscow, but as I am travelling frequently to Kiev we are considering now to relocate me to Kiev, which I personally would highly appreciate :)

I am trying to understand what needs to be done to be allowed to work in the Ukraine. In Russia I need Work Visa, Working Permit, Accredidation card as well as a yearly Medical Test. I would expect something similar could be requested in the Ukraine.

Beside of that I am highly interested in the Tax situation for Expats. How much are Expats taxed? Is there a difference between Expats and ukrainian tax residents? After which period you become a ukrainian tax resident?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
