Workvisa (Kyiv)

Hello
In Protected content have a project in Ukraine.
This for 2 to 3 years.
During this period I need to be there more then 6 months a Year.
So I will need a work visa.
To get a work visa needs a lot of paperwork.
Are ther ecompanies there who can help you and are reliable?
I have my own company in Belgium.
Can I start a company in Kiev as a foreign?
So many questions.
