American staff - U.S Embassy watch 2014 Olympics? (Kigali)

I'm a Canadian living in Kigali and unfortunately lack the benefit of getting access to the U.S. NBC TV network. This means no live coverage of the Protected content Olympics. U.S. Embassy staff do have the luxury of having access to this TV network.

This Canuck would be willing to pay a fee to watch on TV the ice hockey games (6 games in total I think) if there are any U.S. Embassy staff in Kigali willing to invite me to such an event.
