Hotels in Kigali

Hi there,
My husband and I will spend 2 nights in Kigali, end of May this year. Can anyone recommend a good hotel, near the city centre? While searching on internet, I came across this hotel : Le Garni du Centre. Does anyone know it? Is it a good one?
Any help will be highly appreciated.
