Living Conditions in Rwanda (Kigali)

I am a Kenyan who has been offered a Job in Rwanda. I have never been there.
Please advice on;
1. Electricity Stability
2.Water Supply
3.Road Infrastructure
4. Availability of satellite tv especially Indian channels
and
5. Availability of Indian foods in Grocery shops.
Any Guidance given will be highly appreciated.
