Moving to Rwanda next year, information needed! (Kigali)

Hi there!
I will be moving to Rwanda in March or April next year, coming from Ethiopia. In Ethiopia, I was not allowed to bring in my container of furniture (only diplomats are allowed to bring their own furniture in Ethiopia). Are there any similar regulations in Rwanda? My container will be travelling from France.
I work for a private company, hence regulations for NGOs and diplomats may not apply. Can anyone share their experience with me? Thanks a bunch!!
