A Month in Kin.. (Kinshasa)

Hi All,

I will be spending a month in Kinshasa with work from this weekend.

Firstly, I don't think I know anyone there, and secondly, as shameful as it sounds, my French is pretty poor so it would be amazing to meet up with some of you folk out there who know the city and would be interested in showing me around or sharing stories and experiences.

I would like to explore the city and its surroundings during my stint there and am especially keen to explore the local music scene and live music in particular. Should anybody like to act as a guide, meet up for a drink, coffee, or food at any point, or would like to do some exploring, then I'm a very willing participant!

If you want to know anything about me, then by all means, just ask!
